Shadi says:
"I understand how stressful looking for a new job can be when you are new to Canada. When I emigrated to Canada 15 years ago, I really needed help. I wish I had some contacts in Canada to give me some information on employment and labour market before my arrival, this would have definitely saved me time." She also adds "when you are new to Canada it can be difficult to have confidence in yourself - the confidence you need to stay motivated to find employment. When you are immersed in a situation it can be difficult to have the proper perspective to see things clearly. When you feel your self-esteem is on the line, it can be difficult to continue your job search when you experience setbacks and barriers such as Canadian licensing or Canadian experience." Shadi Norman offers you the support you need to stay confident, focused, and motivated, the insight you need to see situations clearly, and the structure you need to stay on track."
